Executive Summary

More than a car at the curb —
a standard your members already expect.

Met runs private ground operations for Boston's most discerning principals — the standard of car, driver, and judgment your members expect of the club itself. This proposal extends that standard to The ’Quin: a dedicated house car on premise, curated experiences for the city's marquee events, and turnkey transportation for the gatherings you host. One Boston-owned team. One point of contact. Nothing for your members to think about.

On premise, on call
A car and chauffeur stationed at 217 Commonwealth during your busiest windows — ready at the door, no wait.
Single point of accountability
One number, one team, day or night. No app, no call center, no handoffs between brokers.
Discreet by default
Trained chauffeurs, unmarked luxury vehicles, absolute confidentiality — the club's discretion, extended to the street.
Boston-owned, 30 years
Not a franchise or a broker. An owned fleet and an owned operation, run by people who know this city.

Events at The ’Quin
Event Transportation
For the galas, dinners, and private parties you host at 217 Commonwealth — coordinated guest arrivals and departures, and discreet shuttling to hotels or the airport.

For galas, member dinners, and screenings at The ’Quin, Met removes the one variable a host can't control: how the room gets home.

Partner Benefit · Underwritten by Met

We underwrite the ride for your VIP speakers.

For The ’Quin's marquee speakers and headline guests, Met underwrites the ground transportation — a Rolls-Royce or S 580 to and from the club, arranged and sponsored by us, at no cost to the club. The club delivers a flawless guest experience, the speaker is looked after end to end, and Met earns the introduction. A benefit that costs The ’Quin nothing and elevates every headline event.

The Fleet

Five owned vehicle classes.
One standard.

An owned fleet — not a network of subcontractors — so the car that arrives is the car we promised, maintained to our standard. Executive vans and coaches are available for larger group and event transfers.

How It Works

Three ways to plug Met into
the club's operations.

However your members and staff prefer to reach us — self-serve, staff-requested, or a dedicated team that runs the account for you. Run one, or layer them as the program grows.

01
Member self-serve
Synced to your member portal
Our IT team integrates Met directly into The ’Quin's member portal. Members request a car in the same place they book everything else — no new app, no new login — and the request flows straight to our dispatch.

Outline of Terms

The shape of a partnership — on one page.

A plain-language summary of how a Met partnership works. Not a contract — a starting point. Once we're aligned on the shape of it, we'll paper the formal version.

The relationship
Met serves as the ’Quin's primary ground transportation partner for member, guest, and event travel. One request; we handle the rest. If we ever can't cover a specific trip, you're free to source it elsewhere — no penalty.
The services that move the club
The core of the partnership — the day-to-day trips members and staff rely on:

VIP transfers · airport pick-ups · hourly rides · event transport (groups & shuttles).

Priced all-inclusive and locked for 12 months.
The House Car
On request by the ’Quin, unlimited within a 2-mile radius. A 60-day pilot at no cost, then a basic lease fee. Met owns and maintains the fleet and carries all insurance, compliance, paperwork, and maintenance.
What it returns to the ’Quin
20% commission to the club on base revenue for every house-referred booking, plus $5,000 / year in staff transportation credits, renewed annually for the life of the partnership.
Insurance
Met maintains comprehensive insurance across all vehicles and operations.

A detailed rate card follows separately. Pricing is all-inclusive — tolls, airport fees, gratuity, tax, and 60 minutes wait time — and locked for 12 months. The House Car is priced separately as a flat lease. The longer-form agreement covers the usual housekeeping — insurance, billing mechanics, data privacy, term and renewal — and we're glad to walk through any of it.

The ’Quin set a new standard for how Boston gathers. We're built to be how it moves — discreet, reliable, and there before your members think to ask.

Questions

The things clubs usually ask.

How do members and staff reach you?
One message — call, text, or email to a dedicated line. You get a confirmed booking back within the hour, not a quote to approve. The 'Quin's front desk and member services can book on a member's behalf, or members can reach us directly — whichever the club prefers.
Are these your own vehicles and chauffeurs?
Yes. Met owns its Boston fleet and employs its chauffeurs — not a network of subcontractors — so the car that arrives is the car we promised, with a driver who knows the 'Quin's standard. For travel beyond Boston, we coordinate through vetted affiliate partners under the same brief.
How does billing work — and who pays?
Either way. Members can be billed directly via card on file, or trips can run to a club account and consolidate into a single monthly statement. On club-referred bookings the 'Quin retains a 20% commission, allocated however the club chooses.
What does the House Car cost after the pilot?
The first 60 days are a no-cost pilot so the club can see real usage. After that it moves to a flat monthly lease — scoped to the hours and windows that matter to you. Met owns the vehicle and carries all insurance, maintenance, compliance, and paperwork; there's nothing for the club to manage.
Is there a minimum spend or a long lock-in?
No minimum volume. The everyday services are simply used as needed. The partnership runs on an initial twelve-month term and either side can step away on sixty days' notice — the relationship is meant to be earned, not enforced.
How do you handle peak nights and last-minute requests?
We plan capacity against the club's calendar — programming nights, peak weekends, citywide events — reviewing forecasted demand with you regularly so the cars are staged before you need them. Short-notice and same-day requests are part of normal service.
What about insurance and member confidentiality?
Met maintains comprehensive commercial insurance across all vehicles and operations, and the club can be named as additional insured. Chauffeurs and operations staff are bound by confidentiality covering member identity and movements.
